Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, delivery is estimated within 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Currently, free shipping is not available.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, our team will notify you at the time of order confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to track your order status through the courier partner’s website.
Delays
UnaniCare is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed in such situations.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.
