At Unanicare, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 2-3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and tags intact.
Important: Sealed/Container Products
Products with a sealed container, bottle, or packaging cannot be returned once opened, used, or the seal is broken — even within the 2-3 day window. This policy is applicable for hygiene and safety reasons, as our products are herbal/Unani health and consumable items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: products that have been opened, used, or have a broken seal, products without original packaging, invoice, or tags, and products purchased on sale/clearance (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at unanicareherbal@gmail.com or call 9784799595 within 2-3 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or as applicable) within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/wrong item), will be borne by the customer.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the standard return policy will apply.
